Below are the CURRENT COVID guidelines for in-person church services in accordance with Kauai’s Emergency Rule #19:
People Guidelines
 Facial coverings are required for all people prior to, during, and after the church service whether walking about or sitting down (per Rule #19) a face shield by itself is not an acceptable
form of facial covering.
 Minimum Social Distancing of 6ft required between different households
 Hand sanitizer will be made available at entrances to the church
 Singing will be allowed
 Members and other individuals who are ill or are displaying symptoms of illness such as a cough, fever, sneezing, etc. should stay home
Worship Service Guidelines
 All Sabbath School classes are postponed for the time being
 Tithe + offering will be collected individually by deacons
 No Keiki Collection
 Mics on platform will be stationary, and will not be handled unless sanitizer is used; distance is required between mic and mouth
 Those on platform must observe 6ft social distancing, but may remove their masks for speaking or singing to facilitate the service
Other Considerations
* Avoid physical contact, use other means to express your care for one another as much as possible
*Children shall remain in their seats during Keiki story
*There will be no potluck or food-service conducted
* Anyone who has a compromised immune system, has an ongoing medical condition or disease or is in a high-risk group may consider staying home.

The Church Board has agreed to in-person Church services based upon all people exercising these guidelines. If individual prefers to not observe these guidelines, the Church Board kindly asks that they sit in the outdoor seating provided and to refrain from entering the sanctuary without a facial covering on.
